System outage – 23rd September 12pm update
Our systems are now back up and running, appointments are being taken via telephone as the online booking system is still not fully back online.
The problem was an outage to an IT server room which affected several surgeries and hospital services today. The servers are working very slowly as all the services have been switched to the same network which is increasing the pressure on the IT infrastructure. We ask for your patience whilst this issue is fully resolved.

System outage -23rd September 2022 – 8am
We are suffering an outage to our computer system and have had to revert to a paper based appointment system until this is rectified.
Due to the outage no appointments can be booked online at the moment.
The phone system will be busy but please bare with us. We are doing all we can to resolve the issue with our IT provider.
